Ten farmers’ markets within 145 square miles—each is a vibrant neighbourhood gathering boasting a wonderful variety of locally grown food, homemade treats and art, and local musicians.
The Fraser River sustains life for most communities in south west BC. With some of the worlds best farmland, this region’s farmers provide a steady stream of food: berries, peppers, artisan cheeses and dairies, fresh meats, eggs and more.
Nineteen markets keep the produce flowing from Lions Bay to Maple Ridge to White Rock and many places in between. These markets are fixtures in their communities—offering the abundance of farm produce from the Fraser Valley and across the province.
