UBC Farm Saturday Farmers’ Market
Vancouver / xʷməθkʷəy̓əm
xʷməθkʷəy̓əm - Place of the məθkʷəy̓ plant, derived from the Musqueam oral history of their origin.

A university farm-turned-market for students, locals, and visitors.
This farmers’ market is located in Vancouver on a working farm at the University of British Columbia. Hosting local food vendors, craftspeople, live musicians, and various other hot and cold food and drink options, the Saturday market also provides the UBC Farm with the perfect opportunity to sell their certified organic produce, fruits, herbs, flowers, and free-range eggs.
A collaboration between full-time staff, students, and researchers at UBC, the UBC Farm Stall is joined by 30 to 50 other vendors each week. Oyster & King Mushroom Farm, Baker Breeze Farm, and Mayan Garden are just a few of the popular ones.
We recognize that we are guests located on the unceded, ancestral, and traditional territory of the hən̓q̓əmin̓əm̓-speaking xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people and we are grateful to be able to farm and host our market here on their land.
This market participates in the BC Farmers' Market Nutrition Coupon Program.
