Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market
Smithers / D’ze Kant
D’ze Kant - Meaning "Foot of the mountain.” in the Witsuwit'en language.

Year-round culture at the foot of the Bulkley Ranges.
There’s a wealth of talent and skill on display at the Bulkley Valley Farmers’ Market – and the community is excited to share it. This market has grown steadily over the years, with more than 50 vendors bringing fresh, local produce, eggs and meats alongside fresh-baked breads, tempting baked goods, and unique, handcrafted art.
Nestled amongst the Bulkley Valley Museum and Smithers Art Gallery, the market has become a central piece of Smithers’ cultural footprint. Live music during the summer season delights locals, and tourists on leave from their fishing and hunting excursions enjoy a hot meal as they peruse the array of market stalls.
We respectfully acknowledge our market takes place on the unceded traditional territory of the Wet’suwet’en people, the stewards of this land. We want to thank you for allowing us to live, work, and play on your lands.
This market participates in the BC Farmers' Market Nutrition Coupon Program.
