Kelowna Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market – Downtown
Kelowna
The Kelowna Farmers’ and Crafters’ Market opened a satellite market on St. Paul street in downtown Kelowna. They are situated on a tree-lined street, a short walk up Bernard Street from the “Sail’s.” Working with the City of Kelowna, they have created a vibrant farmers’ market in the middle of downtown to entice the locals who ‘live, work, and play’ nearby to come out and experience what the farmers’ market has to offer, right outside their doors.
The downtown market is the go-to place to visit every Sunday. It is open from 9:00am to 2:00pm every Sunday from May 10 to September 13, rain or shine! Their mascot – Farmer Bob – is always a delight to young and old as he travels from market to market – high 5’ing everyone he sees.
The downtown market has the same quality vendors and products available throughout the summer and it welcomes visitors to come and check them out, to join in with their festivals, entertainment, contests and demonstrations. What better way to spend the day than to relax at this slow paced, friendly, downtown experience?
